Web Beard
Web Beard is a well-rounded litigator with experience in commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate, and tax matters.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and New York University’s acclaimed tax LLM program, Web Beard has a knack for taking in enormous amounts of information and distilling what matters for a dispute. In no small part due to his meticulous preparation of evidence and witnesses, FYK’s team settled a $2.5 million case against its clients—a commercial property owners’ association and 11 of its former Directors—on the first day of trial, for nothing. Web has also successfully handled personal injury cases on both sides of the “v,” in both lead and supporting roles, and he has first-chair trial and evidentiary hearing experience in real-estate and partnership disputes.
Before joining Foster Yarborough Killingsworth, Web worked as an associate at Hayes Hunter PC, ran his own private practice, and served as in-house counsel for a construction firm. Web has also worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Association at PwC.
